When you place an order we collect: your name, phone number or LINE ID, email address (optional), and delivery address (if applicable). We also record your order date and contents.
Solely to fulfil your order — to bake your cookies, confirm receipt, contact you if there is a problem, and arrange handover or delivery. Lawful basis: contract performance.
Order records are kept for 3 years for accounting and food-safety traceability, then permanently deleted.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing.
We do not store payment details. All payments are made directly via PromptPay. We never see or store your bank account or card information.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you have the right to: access a copy of your data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations); and object to processing beyond order fulfilment.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, session duration, general location by country). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. The data is aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify you personally from it. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by their service. Our products are baked in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is your responsibility to check allergen information before ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
Cookies are made fresh to order. Consume within 3 days of collection and store in a cool, dry place.
We love when customers share photos! By tagging @bigtsbakery on social media you grant us permission to repost your content with credit.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our ordering service after changes constitutes acceptance.
